- Do you enjoy fishing?
Stewart boasts fishing charter businesses. If you arrive with your boat, docks are available to launch your boat. Some folks have been know to fish from their canoe. Don't forget your fishing licenses! - Golf Anyone?
Set against the spectacular backdrop of Mt. Rainey, visitors to Stewart's Mt. Rainey Driving Range will enjoy a unique golf experience. The Mt. Rainey driving range is the only golf-related facility within a 300 km radius and offers 8 driving range stalls, two of which are covered, and an unparalleled view. The range is open daily from 1pm to 6 pm, June through August. - How do you like Bears?
A bear viewing platform is available in Hyder, Alaska. Pass from Stewart to Hyder and travel out to see the bears. This is always a wonderful sight as bears ignore the tourists and concentrate of catching and enjoying the salmon as they travel upstream. - Heli-tours can be arranged!
